This recipe is made with chicken, bone broth, garlic, carrots and celery. All of the tasty things you can have in soup. Garlic is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6 and manganese. The perfect recipe for meal prep and freezer meals.
Meal prepping is a fantastic way to plan your week! You can easily put these into glass containers to have a meal all week long. Another way you can prep your meals, is by making this and dividing it evenly into freezer bags and freeze for later. All you have to do is just take a bag out of the freezer and put it in a pot, and cook on medium high until its simmering.

- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 3 medium Raw Carrots
- 3 medium Stalks of Celery
- 2 cups Bone Broth
- 2 cups Water
- 3 whole Garlic Cloves
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- Dice the carrots and celery into small pieces.
- Add all of the ingredients into an Instant Pot. I use a 6ct Instant Pot.
- Put on manual on medium pressure and set for 60 minutes.
- Once it is done let it release for about 10 minutes on its own. Then move the steam release valve to release the rest of the pressure.
- Once its released open it up and shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve in some bowls and enjoy!
- Once it is cooled you can store it in freezer bags or glass Tupperware to enjoy later!
