Making soup is one of the easiest recipes to make. If you are looking for a easy keto dinner the whole family is going to love, this recipe is certainly one of them. Because this recipe does call for liver, which I know some are not a fan of or are scared to try it, but this is the perfect way to get it in or try it for the first time.
- 1 lb Beef Liver
- 1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb Bacon
- 1/2 whole (155g) Onion
- 24 oz Water
- 1 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Bone Broth
- 1 1/2 tbs Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Pink Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 85 g Spinach
- Chop and crisp up the bacon in a skillet on the stove.
- Finely chop the beef liver or put in a processor and chop finely. Place in a pan and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add all of the ingredients into the InstantPot and set to manual for 90 minutes.
6 servings about 13 oz each. You can easily make it into more servings.
