How to Make Keto Spaghetti Squash?

I will walk you through the steps on how to make this recipe here. It is so easy and you are going to love this recipe! You can see the full ingredients and instructions in the recipe card at the bottom of this post.

  • Slice the spaghetti squash in half long ways. Scrape the seeds out with a spoon (you can discard the seeds).
  • Add an insert into the Instant Pot jut to add some height from the bottom then add a cup of water in.
  • Place the squash skin side down then seal the lid. Set to manual for 20 minutes.
  • Let the Instant Pot self release for about 10 minutes then release it. Work on the meat while the squash cooks.
  • Dice the onions and garlic cloves. Place in a skillet with the olive oil and cook until translucent.
  • Add in the ground beef and the seasonings and stir in until well combined. Then cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the ground beef is brown.
  • Add in the marinara sauce to the ground beef and simmer on medium/low for about 5 minutes.
  • Once the squash is done remove it from the Instant Pot and take a fork and scrape the sides down to create the spaghetti.
  • Place a serving on a plate scoop the meat sauce on top and you can top it off with some fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy!
