  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place all of the bones on a sheet pan, place the bone marrow bones vertical. Roast for 20 minutes.
  • Place the bones, water, seasonings, and scraps into the Instant Pot and set to manual high pressure for 3 hours.
  • Once done let it self-release for 30 minutes then turn it off and remove the bowl from the Instant Pot and strain into a heat safe bowl then let it cool for about an hour.
  • Remove the bones. Strain the liquid into a large bowl or container and I would recommend straining a couple of times. Make sure all of the bones and scraps are not in the liquid.
  • Let the liquid cool down to a warm temp but not too cool to where the fat is starting to get solid.
  • Once cool transfer the bone broth into mason jars and make sure to leave about an inch and a half from the top of the jar so that way it is not too full and exoplode in the freezer.
  • Let them cool all the way to room temp then put the lids on tight and place in the freezer.
  • You can store them in the fridge for about a week or you can store in the freezer for about 6 months to 12 months.
