Homemade Guacamole
There is nothing better than some Homemade Guacamole! The best part too is that it is laterally so easy to make and I am going to teach you how. This Homemade Guacamole recipe is keto and low-carb and is so easy to make. To be honest there is nothing special about this recipe to make it “keto,” it is just made with real food. I have seen many ways to make guacamole and this is my favorite way to make it and how I have always made it.
Hot Tip: add in lime juice to the guacamole and it will help prevent the avocado turning brown, you can also add the juice on top. Here is another tip! When storing it make sure to use plastic wrap and press it down against the guacamole. You will want to make sure there is no air between the guac and the plastic wrap. This will prevent the avocado from turning brown.

How to Make Homemade Guacamole?

- Cut the avocados in half, then remove the pits and scrap the avocados out of the skin and into a bowl.
- Chop the tomatoes and jalapenos into small pieces and mince the garlic cloves.
- You will also want to give the cilantro a nice chop to break it up into smaller pieces as well.
- Mash the avocados that are in the bowl with a fork until there are no more large chunks.
- Add in the tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, garlic and seasonings into the bowl with the avocados and mix together well with a fork.
- Slice the lime in half and squeeze it over the top of the guacamole and give it a quick mix.
- Serve with your favorite low carb crackers, sliced cucumber, flax crackers etc. Whatever your heart desires! Enjoy!

Homemade Guacamole
An easy to make low carb and keto Homemade Guacamole recipe full of flavor and authenticity of a traditional guacamole recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 whole Avocados
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 whole Garlic Clove
- 1 tbs Cilantro, fresh

- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
