Cajun Shrimp will spice up dinner!
With the spice of the cajun spices and the roasted tomatoes this recipe is not your typical meal. If you are wanting something new, but delicious you are going to love this recipe. You can honestly make this shrimp with any sides. Roasted vegetables, sweet potatoes, “noodles”, coleslaw mix, so many things you can make.
I personally love cauliflower rice, it goes with everything. Typically, I will buy frozen bags of cauliflower rice from Costco or Sams Club, it makes it so much easier. You can always make it yourself as well if that’s what you prefer. Is Cajun recipes something you make often in your home? Let me know in the comments below.

Sheet pan meals are easy and delicious!
The best and easiest way to get dinner on the table is making sheet pan meals. This recipe is full of flavor and super easy to make. Every night I use my sheet pan for dinner. The broil on my oven has become my favorite. I love crispy vegetable and throwing some broccoli, avocado oil and pink salt on the sheet pan and baking it then turning on the broil is my favorite.
