Clean Eating Breakfast

Having a great Clean Eating Breakfast to turn to starting the year off is something that I am doing this year. I want to incorporate more clean healthy options this year and get back on track. The holidays definitely took its toll on me. I have been struggling the past few months, and I am ready to get things back on track to living a healthier life.

This amazing breakfast is scrambled eggs cooked in butter with Trader Joes Green Dragon Sauce. The Green Dragon sauce is our favorite especially with our eggs, it adds so much flavor. Now of course this is optional, you can add whatever you would like into your scrambled eggs. Some cheese sprinkled on top would be great as well.

Clean Eating Breakfast

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

Scrambled Eggs

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tbs Butter
  • 1 tbs Green Dragon Sauce, optional

Sauteed Veggies

  • 1 cup Kale
  • 2 tbs Onions
  • 1 tbs Avocado Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook up the sausage or bacon on the skillet.
  2. Add the butter to the skillet and add the eggs . Cook until done and add the sauce if you are having it.
  3. Add the oil to the skillet and then add the veggies cook until soft.

Notes

There are many different things you can do with this breakfast. You can use either sausage or bacon, you can use spinach or kale. Mix it up and do whatever you like best!
