Having fat bombs available in the freezer or fridge will really help you succeed. A zero carb, high fat treat will help you get in your fat for the day and will satisfy you between meals or during meals.
Butter pecan flavor has always been one of my favorite flavors. I love the crunch from the pecans in these fat bombs. These fat bombs are a go-to when I want a creamy and crunchy dessert that is full of healthy fat. I love making and having fat bombs available during the week. I love to prep them and bring them to work to have available. Especially since everyone at work constantly brings sweets to work. These are perfect to have a sweet treat to avoid all of the sugar at work.

How to make fat bombs?
There are so many different ways to make fat bombs. We have a ton of fat bomb recipes on the blog. All you need to make most fat bombs is, a fat source like butter, ghee, coconut oil, cream cheese, and whatever add in you want. You can add nut butters, chocolate, cocoa powder, berries, nuts, etc. If you would like to make dessert fat bombs then you can add erythritol and/or liquid stevia or munk fruit. Some extras that you can add to the recipes are collagen, MCT oil powder, and gelatin.

- Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl except for the pecans.
- Mix together well with a hand mixer.
- Chop the pecans and add them into the mixing bowl.
- Using a rubber spatula fold in the pecans.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat and using a cookie scoop lay them out in balls evenly.
- Place in the freezer for about an hour.
- Store in the freezer in a freezer bag.
