Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

Oh my cookie dough! If you’re like me I love cookie dough. It is certainly one of my favorite guilty pleasures. We certainly wanted to have it again and what better than in the form of a fat bomb!? Well we have all the deliciousness and fats that you’re craving right here in the recipe. We can promise these are going to be a big hit in your house. My kiddo absolutely loves this recipe and is always asking me for more! With every bite you get, amazing flavors and with the little chocolate chips it certainly makes these amazing.

As I have said in previous blog, I love taking my fat bombs to work so I have some nutritious and delicious available to me at all times, and these have definitely made the list of must haves at work. These are so full of flavor and just so tasty. We can promise you’re going to fall in love once you try these.

Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 4 tbs Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Lily's Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Salt

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 tsb Lily's Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbs Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Set the cream cheese and butter out, and let it get to room temperature
    Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl
    Mix until well blended
    Grab a cookie scoop and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper down so it's easy to remove. Should make about 24
    Place in freezer for about 30-60 minutes
    Warm up the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a chocolate warmer
    Dip the cookie dough balls into the melted chocolate until well covered
    Place back on parchment paper and place back in freezer for 10 minutes. Store in freezer.
