When I say this recipe is easy, I really mean it is so easy! All you have to do is add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together then scoop and place in the freezer. If you love fat bombs then you will love some of the other recipes I have on the site.

- Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend together well.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a small cookie scoop, take a scoop of the mixture and roll in your hands (optional if you want them more round) and place on the cookie sheet.
