How To Make Crunch Bars

There are a few healthy and delicious ingredients in this recipe. All you are going to need to make these are, coconut flakes, pecans, chocolate chips, liquid stevia, coconut oil, and peanut butter.

  • Start off by chopping the pecans, then put the coconut flakes and pecans in a oven safe pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place the pan in the oven and bake them until they are lightly toasted. Or you can do this on the stove top and leave this step out all together.
  • Next we will want to melt the chocolate and some coconut oil in the microwave.
  • Line a bread pan with parchment paper and pour half of the chocolate in the bread pan, then spread evenly. Place the bread pan in the freezer while you make the filling.
  • Combine all of the filling ingredients (besides the coconut oil and peanut butter) into a mixing bowl and pour melted coconut oil and peanut butter in the bowl. Mix together well.
  • Pour the filling mix on top of bottom layer of chocolate and press firmly. Pour the rest of the melted chocolate on top and spread evenly.
  • Place in the freezer for about an hour and then slice them into bars. Enjoy!
