Strawberry Ice Cream

I always go to the grocery store and buy keto ice cream. It can certainly be pretty pricey but now you can save some money! This recipe is easy to make and you are going to want to make it all the time.

How to make keto ice cream?

There are just a few ingredients in this recipe and is super easy to make. It is so easy to make this blender recipe to make ice cream in minutes. Make sure to make this recipe a head of time as it needs to be in the freezer for a few hours.

  • Cut the leaves off of the strawberries and cut in half.
  • Add the strawberries to your blender with 1 tbs of erythritol and blend for a few seconds until it is a puree. Pour into a separate bowl and set aside.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients into the same blender and blend on high until the cream becomes thick. You may need to use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides.
  • Add in the strawberries and blend until well mixed.
  • Add to a freezer container and spread it evenly and place it in the freezer for three plus hours.
  • When serving you may need to leave it out for a little bit to soften then serve. Enjoy!

There is nothing better than eating ice cream in the summer heat. I could literally eat ice cream everyday. The best part is that this ice cream is sugar free! Which means I can eat more of this then store bought ice cream or regular ice cream.
