Peach Ice Cream Bars

Fresh and juicy peaches with creamy dairy mixed in a delicious ice cream bar. This Peach Ice Cream Bars recipe is super easy to make and only takes a couple of minutes to make.
How To Make Keto Ice Cream Bars?
It is super easy to make keto ice cream bars. Follow the few simple steps below! You, your kids, your family, your friends are going to love this recipe! The full list of ingredients and instructions are in the recipe card at the bottom of this post.
- Cut a peach in half and remove the core. Slice the halves and then dice them.
- Take your Popsicle molds and put the diced peach evenly in each mold but set aside some for the ice cream mixture.
- Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, ChocZero syrup, the rest of the diced peaches and erythritol into your blender.
- Mix on high until the cream gets thick, but not too thick so it is still easy to pour.
- Pour evenly into each mold over the diced peaches until it is full. Place a Popsicle sticks into each one until about half way in. Place in the freezer for a couple of hours until solid.
- When removing the ice cream bars, run the outer mold under hot water for 30 seconds to loosen up before removing. Keep in the freezer and enjoy!
