Keto Iced Matcha!
I don’t care what time of year it is, I will always drink a cold beverage. You can certainly have matcha either hot or cold, it is all up to you! I just started drinking it and I have been enjoying it over ice. If you wish you can leave out the maple extract, I think it adds more flavor to it. This recipe is low in fat, other than the heavy cream. A great option to get more fat in the recipe is adding in some MCT Oil as well.

Can you make it dairy free?
The easy answer is yes! You can certainly leave out the heavy cream and just have it as is. Another great option would be replacing the heavy cream with full fat coconut milk. The coconut milk will add healthy fats as well as make it creamy like the heavy cream would.
