Keto Chocolate Cake Pops

Do you want an easy recipe for birthday’s or Valentine’s Day? You can make these easy and delicious Keto Chocolate Cake Pops recipe for any occasion! These cake pops are low carb, sugar free and so easy to make. I absolutely love cake pops and was so excited when this recipe came out amazing.

This recipe is perfect for Valentine’s Day which is around the corner! I would love to see these made for your loved ones. Your kids are going to love these cake pops as well.

How to make Keto Chocolate Cake Pops?

There are super simple steps to make this recipe. I will show you how to make the cake then how to turn them into cake pops! You can see the full ingredients and instructions in the recipe card at the bottom of this post.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line your 9×9 pan with parchment paper or spray it with avocado oil.
  • In a mixing bowl add the almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt then mix together well with a whisk.
  • In a separate mixing bowl add in the butter, vanilla extract, eggs and nut milk then mix together well with a hand mixer.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and mix well with the mixer.
  • Pour into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. A tooth pick will need to come out clean. Set a side and let cool.
  • While the cake is cooling, melt the chocolate chips on a double boiler. Continue to stir until melted.
  • Once the cake is cool crumble it with your hands. Add in the melted chocolate and combine well with a rubber spatula.
  • Take a scoop with a cookie scooper and form into balls with your hands. Lay on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  • Melt the rest of the chocolate and coconut oil on a double boiler. Continue to stir until melted.
  • Put a cake pop stick into the cake ball until about half way in then cover in the melted chocolate until fully covered. Stand up to dry I stuck them into a Styrofoam block.
  • Once they are dry you can drizzle some more chocolate onto them or while they are still wet you can top them with some sugar free sprinkles or fresh chopped strawberries.
