Mojitos have always been one of my favorite drinks to have. This mojito has no added sugar and is perfect for the keto diet. Enjoying a refreshing low carb lemonade mojito is how I like to enjoy my summer. Next time you are having a pool party make this for all of the adults, and they will want to keep coming back to your parties. This drink is super easy to make and it makes several servings. There will be enough for everyone at the party.
This recipe can also be stored in the fridge. I poured mine into mason jars and stored them up to a week. They still tasted amazing. I doubt you will have to store the drink but if you do then it is no problem. Mason jars are one of my favorite ways to store things. It keeps things fresh and sealed tight. Plus they look really nice in the the fridge or pantry.
Strawberries, Mint Leaves, Lemons and Limes are delicious together.
We planted a vegetable, fruit and herbs garden in our backyard. The strawberries haven’t grown yet but I got to use my own mint leaves in this recipe! It is so nice having my own herbs to pick. I would always buy herbs at the store and use them once then have to throw them away. It was a very wasteful way of using herbs. Having a garden has been pretty amazing, I can’t wait for everything to start growing more. I plan on writing blog posts about my garden so keep an eye out for those!

- Mash up the mint leaves to get the flavors going.
- Cut the strawberries into slices.
- Cut all of the lemons in half except for two and and squeeze them into the pitcher with a lemon squeezer. Slice the two lemons into thin slices.

- Serve on ice and enjoy!
