Dairy Free Chocolate Pudding
Dairy free chocolate pudding is amazing. It doesn’t taste any different then regular pudding. No one would be able to tell that it is made with coconut milk. It has been so fun making all of these strawberry recipes! The strawberries have been so plump and amazing now that they are in season. Here are some of our other strawberry recipes:
- Pink Drink
- Strawberry Daiquiri
- Chantilly Cake
- Coconut Cream Strawberry Crepes
- Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie
This pudding has a high content of healthy fats. Which I love getting my fats in for the day and this is a great way. You are eating something healthy and nutritious and tasty! This recipe would even be fun to make for a birthday party and serve it as the dessert. The kids will love it and it is super easy to make. All you got to do is just triple the recipe.
Strawberries and Chocolate are the perfect pair!
I like to load this pudding up with some cool whip, chocolate chunks, strawberries and coconut flakes. The textures are great together. The chocolate taste is so rich and creamy you will want to eat the whole batch. You can even use this recipe as a pie filling and have chocolate pudding pie. Chocolate pudding is a great keto diet recipe to hit that sweet tooth. If you are like me then having something low carb and keto that is sweet is perfect.
