Meal prepping helps me, but of course it may not be your thing and that is okay, this is still a great lunch or dinner idea. How to Make Egg Roll in a Bowl?

  • Preheat your skillet to a medium/high heat.
  • Chop the green onions and set them aside.
  • Add the ground beef or pork sausage to the skillet and cook for about 15-20 minutes. There shouldn’t be anymore pink in the meat.
  • Add in the coleslaw mix to the pan with the meat and drizzle on the coconut aminos (or soy sauce), fish sauce, and rice vinegar. Add in the green onions, salt, garlic powder and ginger.
  • Stir it all together well and let it reduce.
  • Once everything is well mixed and the coleslaw mix is reduced and soft with a little bit of a crunch add to a your serving bowls and top with sriracha (optional).
