Stuffed Portobello

Check out our stuffed portobello mushrooms, packed full of nutrition and very delicious. This recipe is so easy and if you love mushrooms as much as I do then you are sure to love this recipe as well. If you are looking for something that doesn’t take very much time, but is nutritious then be sure to try this recipe out. The best part of this recipe is you can honestly add anything you want to it, like grilled vegetables, other meats, etc.

Did you know that the inside of the mushroom is full of nutrients as well as if you face the gills towards the sun it soaks up the vitamin D. Although in this recipe we remove it you can always leave it on and eat it as well. The only issue with the gills of the mushroom is it leave a mud like texture to the recipe. Other than that it is full of nutrients, as well as this recipe. Mushrooms have many benefits, such as minerals.
