- 2 large Mushroom Caps
- 8 oz Ground Beef
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 slices BelGioioso Pre-sliced Mozzarella
- 1 tsp Pink Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees FClean out the mushroom caps. Make sure to clean out the stem and insidesPlace on baking sheet and rub some avocado oil on the mushroomsPlace the mozzarella slices in the middle of the capsBake for about 10 minutesCook the ground beef in a skillet. Add seasonings, you can add anything you desire. Once cooked add the spinachOnce the Spinach is cooked place inside caps in two equal partsPlace in oven for about 20-35 minutes or until mushrooms are softTake the cooked mushrooms and place on a plate add cheese on top.
