Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole Bell Peppers
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 8 oz Steak

Instructions
 

  • Cut the stems out of the bell peppers and cut from top to bottom.
    Place bell peppers in skillet with the olive oil and cook until they start getting soft.
    Add in the meat and cook for about 20 minutes. (if using a raw steak cut the steak up into strips and start cooking it first for about 10 minutes then add in the bell pepper.
    Cook everything together until peppers are soft and meat is fully cooked. Add in any seasonings you want.
    Place a serving on a plate and top with sour cream and cheese. You can also warm up your favorite low carb tortilla.
