- 1/2 cup (44g) Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup (60g) Erythritol
- 3 oz Butter
- 1 tbs Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup (40g) Lily's Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbs Gelatin
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.Melt the butter in a microwave safe mixing bowl.Combine all of the ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) into the mixing bowl.Mix together well. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.Using a small cookie scooper scoop about 12 cookies onto the sheet. Bake for about 9-10 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!
