Delicious and easy to make keto meal!

Does the kind of olive oil matter in your recipe? The kind of olive oil you use should matter. There are some really good olive oils out there and I would highly recommend getting a good quality kind. Some olive oils can taste nasty and some can taste delicious. As long as you are getting a good quality oil you will taste the difference. I love the brand Carapelli and think it tastes amazing! It is not expensive and you can find it at most stores!

Wine pairs nicely with scallops

My favorite drink to have with sea food is wine. A delicious glass of red wine with sea food just pairs so well together. I love a good Cabernet Sauvignon and you can certainly have wine on keto! Check out our blog post all about Wine on Keto.
