Instructions

  1. Add your dry ingredients almond flour, erythritol, nutmeg, clove, and ginger into a mixing bowl. Mix together well with a fork or whisk.
  2. Add your wet ingredients softened butter, stevia and molasses into a mixing bowl and mix together well with a hand mixer.
  3. Add your dry ingredients into the wet mixing bowl while mixing.
  4. Once well combined line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and using a small cookie scoop, take a scoop of the fat bomb mixture and roll into a ball with your hands and place on the cookie sheet.
  5. Place in the freezer for about an hour. Once solid place in a freezer bag and store in to freezer or fridge and enjoy!
