This easy holiday appetizer is going to be a hit at your gatherings! Prosciutto Brie Cups only take a few minutes to make. They cook fast and are easy to assemble. All you need to make this recipe is three ingredients. Super simple ingredients and easy to make.

- 6 slices Prosciutto
- 4 oz Brie
- 2 slices Bacon
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut your slice of prosciutto in half and lay them in a mini muffin pan lining into a cup shape. This will make 12 mini muffins.
- Take your brie and slice the edges off, cut 4 ounces into 12 squares. and place in the muffin pan lined with prosciutto.
- Put in the oven for 8 minutes.
- Cook two slices of bacon on a skillet for about 20 minutes or until crispy. Cut into 12 pieces and set aside.
- Add a piece of bacon on top of each cup and serve!
