Instructions

    1. Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
    2. Using a hand blender mix well.
    3. Use a small cookie scoop and roll into balls with your hands.
    4. Chop up the chocolate chips into small pieces and roll each ball until covered.
    5. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a baking sheet and lay the balls on there.
    6. Place in the freezer for about 60 minutes. Store in the freezer in a freezer bag or container.
