I have been wanting to make a mug cake for awhile now I just never got around to it. I finally started playing around with some ingredients and decided to make a coffee mug cake. Oh my it came out great! I’m sure you know by now I am obsessed with coffee and probably drink too much of it often but this brings me back to the days I use to eat muffins and drink coffee in the mornings for breakfast. But I don’t have to feel guilty about this breakfast and not worry about that sugar crash later on. This recipe has TONS of fat which will help you keep going for the day.
