Smoothies are one of my favorite treats to have, especially during the summer. This recipe might sound a little weird with it being made with cauliflower, but I can promise that you can not even taste it! This smoothie is great without any sweeteners but if you are like me and like things a little sweet I would recommend adding in the sweeteners. I made this with strawberries but it would also be great with any fruit like blueberries. You can also use any collagen you like, a vanilla flavor collagen would taste great as well.
This smoothie is high in fat, high in protein, with 5 grams net carbs and over 500 mg of potassium! Perfect recipe to freshen up your summer. This smoothie is full of so many nutrients and great for an every day drink. I used a collagen powder from Now Keto. Their collagen is strawberry flavor and it is delicious. - Chop up a cauliflower head. Steam it then freeze it.
- Add all of the ingredients except the cocoa powder into a blender.
- Blend until well mixed.
- Add in the cocoa powder and stir it in (do not blend it in).
- You can stir in the cocoa while in the blender or after you put the smoothie into a cup. Enjoy!
