These Almond Fudge Fat Bombs are creamy and full of flavor with a nice slight crunch from the almond slices. In this recipe we used some coffee to bring out the chocolate flavor and oh boy! This ingredient sure made them pop! If you love creamy delicious fat bombs you are going to love these fat bombs. If you want to get creative you could also use this recipe as a frosting on some muffins, cupcakes or cake.
We love to have these as a little treat every now and then. We are huge fans of fat bombs because they help me stay on track. - Have your cream cheese at room temperature and add all of the ingredients together except for the almonds.
- Mix together well in a mixing bowl.
- Once mixed place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out some of the mixture and roll into balls then roll them in the chopped or sliced almonds then store in fridge. Enjoy!
