Chicken Pesto

How to make Chicken Pesto?

- Add 1 tbs of olive oil to a skillet on medium heat.
- Lay your chicken breasts on the skillet and season one side of the chicken breasts with half the seasoning.
- Cook for about 5 minutes then flip and season with the rest of the seasoning. Cook for about another 5 minutes. You want the chicken to be at a temp of about 165 degrees F.
- Set aside and let it rest.
- Now for the pesto! Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until everything is combined well and smooth.
- Slice your chicken into strips and drizzle about two tbs of the pesto over the chicken.
- Serve with a side salad, or roasted broccoli, roasted brussels sprouts or cauliflower rice.
