Ingredients
- 2 oz Coconut Milk, full fat from the can
- 4 oz Nut Milk, I used Cashew
- 1 scoop Collagen
- 1 oz Blueberries
- 1 oz Strawberries
- 1 oz Raspberries
- 1 oz Blackberries
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- 1 oz Peanut Butter, or your fav nut butter
- 1 tbs Cacao Nibs
- 1/4 cup Kale
- 1/4 cup Spinach
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until the ice is completely crushed and everything is well blended.
- Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy!
Notes
To make this lower carbs you can use less berries and swap the peanut butter with Sunflower butter which will also make it nut free.
