Candied Pecans

How to make Candied Pecans?
It is so easy to make this recipe. There are literally only a few steps to make these delicious Candied Pecans. I will walk you through the easy steps and you can see the full recipe and instructions in the recipe card at the bottom of the post.
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a sauce pan add the butter, erythritol, maple extract, vanilla extract, liquid stevia, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and bring to a simmer.
- Make sure to whisk the entire time. Do this for about 10 minutes until well combined.
- Once done pour over a bowl of pecans and stir until the pecans are completely coated.
- Lay the pecans onto the parchment paper
- Put in the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes until the liquid is mostly evaporated and soaked into the pecans.
- Let cool and store in an air tight container for about 2 weeks.
