Candied Pecans

This recipe is super easy to make and is such a delicious snack to have! These Candied Pecans are full of holiday flavor. You are going to want to make these every holiday and people are going to be asking you for the recipe.

You can eat these anyway you want to! I love to just eat them on their own or add them to yogurt or even cookies! There are so many recipes you can add these tasty candied pecans to.

How to make Candied Pecans?

It is so easy to make this recipe. There are literally only a few steps to make these delicious Candied Pecans. I will walk you through the easy steps and you can see the full recipe and instructions in the recipe card at the bottom of the post.

  • Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a sauce pan add the butter, erythritol, maple extract, vanilla extract, liquid stevia, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and bring to a simmer.
  • Make sure to whisk the entire time. Do this for about 10 minutes until well combined.
  • Once done pour over a bowl of pecans and stir until the pecans are completely coated.
  • Lay the pecans onto the parchment paper
  • Put in the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes until the liquid is mostly evaporated and soaked into the pecans.
  • Let cool and store in an air tight container for about 2 weeks.
