Keto Thai Chicken
Are you getting tired of having the same meals every night? You have found the perfect recipe to change things up. This Keto Thai Chicken recipe is so good and super easy to make. The chicken is juice and the Thai sauce adds in so much flavor!
The best part about this recipe other than its delicious, is that it is so easy to make! It is sweet and spicy, but not too spicy the kids will still love it.
How to make Keto Thai Chicken?
It may sound hard to make, but it is so easy! Follow these easy steps here below. The full list of ingredients and instructions are in the recipe card at the bottom of this post.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Chop the peanuts and cilantro and set aside.
- Heat your skillet to a medium high heat. Add in the butter and add in the chicken thighs (if you are using skin on chicken thighs place the skin side down) and cook on each side for about 5 minutes each. You want the sides to get a little brown and crispy.
- Add all of the sauce ingredients (except for the Xantham gum) into a mixing bowl. Whisk together until well combined.
- Add in the Xantham gum into the sauce and whisk together well.
- Once the chicken is ready pour the sauce over the Top covering the chicken and add the peanuts and cilantro on top (you can save some peanuts and cilantro for a topping when done) bake for about 20 minutes.
- Serve on a plate and drizzle some of the drippings over the chicken and top itch extra peanuts and cilantro. You can serve this dish with cauliflower rice! Yum! Enjoy!

This low carb recipe is so simple and tasty! I love to make cauliflower rice with this meal. Have you ever made cauliflower rice? It is so easy to make, I always buy it pre-riced in the frozen section. You can also make it yourself it is so easy. I will go over the easy steps to make cauliflower rice from scratch here.
- Rinse your cauliflower head and remove the leaves.
- Cut the steam off which you will start from the bottom of the cauliflower head.
- Cut diagonally into the bottom getting all of the stem out. Chop the cauliflower florets finely.
- Heat up a pan on medium high heat and add some butter then add in the riced cauliflower.
- You can add some seal salt and garlic powder and cook while stirring every now and then until soft an a little crispy.

Keto Thai Chicken
Easy to make delicious Keto Thai Chicken recipe. A low carb dinner recipe that is full of flavor with tender and juicy chicken!
Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Thighs
- 2 tbs Butter
- 1/4 cup Peanuts, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
Sauce
- 2 tbs Soy Sauce, or coconut aminos
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbs Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
- 1 whole Lime, squeezed
- 2 tsp Siracha
- 1 tbs Rice Wine
- 1 tbs Chile Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbs Chili Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbs Erythritol
- 10 drops Liquid Stevia
- 1/4 tsp Xantham Gum
Instructions
