I was super stoked to make this an the anticipation almost killed me for the whole 2 weeks before putting the erythritol.
Unfortunately when I did put it in, it didn’t dissolve! I shook it and stirred it and shook it some more to no avail. It settles back on the bottom in the original Crystal form.
Has anyone experienced this? I’m going to have to strain the liquid and just use the infused vodka alone so it doesn’t go to waste.
Oh no! I am sorry to hear that. If it doesn’t dissolve you could also use powdered erythritol and that should dissolve. I will reassess this recipe and update it thank you!
