One Pan Meal Tomato Soup Recipe
The best part about this recipe, other than it tastes amazing is that you cook everything in the same pan! In this recipe I used a Dutch Oven, which I absolutely love. You can cook it any kind of large pot you want if you don’t have a Dutch Oven.
You can even make this recipe in an Instant Pot or a slow cooker. If you choose to cook in an Instant Pot I would just add everything into it and put on manual for about 30 minutes. For a slow cooker I would still cook the garlic and onions on the stove top to give them nice flavor and then throw it all in the slow cooker. You will want to cook it for about 2-3 hours.

How to make dairy free keto soup?
You can certainly make keto soup dairy free! The best ingredient you can use is coconut milk. It will make it creamy and taste amazing. Not all soup needs a cream or cheese to make it delicious.
The best coconut milk I have used is Thai Kitchen canned coconut milk. You can get it at Costco in bulk and I have seen it at every grocery store.
