Peanut Butter Brownie Fat Bombs

Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
- 2 tbs (14g) 100% Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup (28g)Erythritol powdered
- 1 oz (25g) Coconut Flour
- 2 oz Peanut Butter
- 2 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 15 drops Liquid Stevia
- 1/16 tsp Pink Salt
- 1/4 tsp Espresso Powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Using a hand blender mix well.
- Use a small cookie scoop and roll into balls with your hands.
- Chop up the chocolate chips into small pieces and roll each ball until covered.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a baking sheet and lay the balls on there.
- Place in the freezer for about 60 minutes. Store in the freezer in a freezer bag or container.
