Use liquid stevia for your keto friendly cocktails
Liquid Stevia is the sweetener for a delicious cocktail. I use this specific brand for all of my keto recipes. It doesn’t have that weird bitter taste and makes recipes sweet. I link to this Liquid Stevia Glycerite in every recipe that I use it in. That way it makes it easier for you guys to find! It took me awhile to find a liquid stevia that I really like and this is the best one I have found. I also buy this brand with vanilla flavor and use it for a lot of my baking.

Sugar Free Cocktails make the keto diet fun!
When consuming alcohol on keto it can knock you out of ketosis. This happens because your body stops focusing on burning fat and focuses on getting rid of the alcohol consumed. In my opinion this is fine to do every now and then. It’s not going to mess up all of your progress and it’s okay to let loose once in awhile. The most important thing to do is stay hydrated and keep up on your electrolytes. Some great options for supplementing them are Sport Salts, Electrolyte powder, Ultima, and Vega Hydrator. You can also just take normal Pink Himalayan Salt and a potassium supplement.
Adding berries in your cocktails gives them so much flavor!
We have made a few different drinks using berries and this blackberry run cocktail is my favorite! Check out some of our other recipes on the blog.
Don’t forget the appetizers! Here are some of our favorite ones on the blog.
