PB&J Cookies
Remember being a child and your mom making you a delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich? This recipe is PB&J Cookies, peanut butter and jelly dessert. The kids are going to absolutely love these cookies. These no sugar, low carb cookies would be great for birthday parties.
Peanut Butter Cookies are one of our Favorites
If you are a fan of peanut butter cookies then you will love this recipe. These peanut butter and jelly cookies are are even delicious without the jelly if you are just wanting peanut butter cookies. Next time you are wanting something sweet, fire up the oven and pour yourself a glass of almond milk, dip these cookies in and enjoy.
We used sugar free grape jelly on this recipe, but you can use strawberry, or blueberry jellies. Any jelly you would like to use would work great! Sugar free jellies don’t have the best ingredients but it is nice to use every now and then. You can also mash up some fresh strawberries or any kind of berries. Add the mashed up berries to a pan with a little bit of water and erythritol to make your own jelly!

This recipe is super easy to make and such simple ingredients. This recipe only calls for a few ingredients and tastes amazing.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Erythritol Powdered
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar Free Jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add all of the ingredients except for the jam together.
- Mix well and roll into 12 balls.
- Flatten the cookies with a fork and add the jam on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes.
