I brought this tray to a work potluck and it was a hit, all of my non keto coworkers loved it and I had something keto to enjoy while others enjoyed their carby foods. You can choose any cheeses, meats, and nuts.
Ingredients
- Salami
- Prosciutto
- Pepperoni
- Cheddar Cheese
- Pepper Jack
- Colby Jack
- Nut Mix
- Macadamias
- Olives
Instructions
- You can pretty much just get everything already pre cut.
- But if you have some blocks of cheese just dice them up.
