Cheesy Meatballs
These Cheesy Meatballs are packed full of protein and fats and are perfect for dinner! We made our our new sauce with this recipe (sauce recipe coming soon) and they went perfect together. These meatballs will go with so many different things though like tomato sauce, BBQ sauce etc. you can make some zoodles, vegetables or miracle noodles with them. You can make the meatballs any size you want but we made them big! Therefore they are very filling so you only need a few for your meal.
The cheese in these meatballs make them delicious, and with the flaxmeal it gives them a bread like taste. I would also recommend adding something spicy to the recipe to give them some spice! If you are like me, I like most of meals to have a spice to them and these would be great spicy. You can add some green chile to them or some red peppers, jalapenos, whatever spice you prefer. Let us know how you make them or what you add to the dish!
Check out our Cilantro Sauce that goes great on these!
