When I am planning out what you’re going to make for dinner, I always want to make sure that it’s tasty, nutritious, and has most of what our bodies need. Brussels Sprouts are the perfect side for a delicious and nutritious dinner. The great part about this side is that you can pretty much have them with anything you make. A few examples of what we love to have our roasted Brussels sprouts with some juicy steak, or some delicious grilled chicken. Whatever you’re craving we’re sure that this side dish will be amazing for you and you’re family.

The best part of this dish is the flavorful garlic roasted with the Brussels Sprouts. The fresh chopped garlic makes your taste buds dance, and adds so much flavor the dish. Brussels Sprouts are our go to for some veggies with our meals. Their tasty, and healthy which makes them perfect for your dinner.

  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic


  • If using frozen Brussels Sprouts make sure to let them defrost.
    Warm up the skillet and put all ingredients in the pan.
    Cook for about 15 minutes or until the sprouts get a little brown and soft.
