Chorizo Breakfast Frittata

All I want for breakfast is a flavorful and filling keto meal. This Chorizo Breakfast Frittata recipe is full of high healthy fats, and is perfect for your morning meal. Making a frittata in the morning will feed you for days, or will feed the whole family. A delicious and easy to make low carb frittata is so quick and easy to make and is great for meal prep as well. Sometimes I love to have a big fulfilling breakfast and sometimes I just have coffee. However, you like your breakfast this keto recipe is full of nutrients and perfect for meal prepping.
Chorizo is the perfect amount of spice and has amazing flavor. This meat really gives a ton of flavor to the eggs and gives you some more protein and healthy fats. If you are not into chorizo you can certainly replace it with some bacon or ground beef etc. You could also throw some kale, mushrooms, onions or whatever else you want into this recipe as well. How to Make Chorizo Breakfast Frittata?
I will walk you through the steps on how to make this recipe here. It is so easy and you are going to love this recipe! You can see the full ingredients and instructions in the recipe card at the bottom of this post.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Rub oil all over a cast iron skillet or any oven safe skillet.
- Add the chorizo to the skillet and cook it for about 10 minutes.
- Crack all of the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk together for a minute until the eggs are well beaten.
- Add in the heavy cream and whisk together well.
- Chop the spinach into smaller chunks and add them into the mixing bowl.
- Add the seasonings into the mixing bowl whisk together well and add in the chorizo then spray the skillet with some olive oil then pour into the skillet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes. Once done scrape the sides and slice into 8 pieces then serve and enjoy!

Chorizo Breakfast Frittata
How to make and easy to make keto Chorizo Breakfast Frittata recipe. This low carb Chorizo Breakfast Frittata is perfect for meal prep.
Ingredients
- 8 large Eggs
- 8 oz Chorizo
- 85 g Spinach
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
