You may have seen a lot of different recipes for this one. Some call it Golden Milk. I love this tea due to the amazing benefits of everything in it. We wanted to make this recipe to show how we like to make it, and make it taste amazing. I will list some of the benefits that are said turmeric tea to have below.

  • Reduces inflammation in the body

  • The antioxidants may prevent damage that causes Alzheimer & Cancer

  • Helps reduce bad Cholesterol

  • Boosts the immune system

  • Help prevent liver damage and manage liver conditions, gallstones

  • Treat and manage lung conditions

  • Prevent and manage diabetes

  • Slow or prevent blood clots

  • Reduces depression

  • Skin health

With all of the amazing benefits of turmeric, it is known to be good and safe for adults to have up to 600 milligrams of pure turmeric powder three times daily, or 1 to 3 grams daily of  turmeric root. I know that after all of the research I have done for this blog post I will certainly be drinking this much more often. I would personally recommend drinking this, especially if you like the taste!
