Cream Cheese Fat Bombs
These Cream Cheese fat bombs are like nothing else! They are a great source of a little pick me up fat but also, oh so tasty! With the raspberries added in makes them pop. I honestly can not explain how tasty they are, you’re going to have to make them to see. The cream cheese is creamy and just the right amount of flavors to make these a staple in the house hold. You can also replace the raspberries with another kind of berry, like strawberries or blueberries. Since making these delicious treats they have certainly hit that sweet spot! We have been making them and even taking them to work to have a tasty fat source available when we want it. Make sure to keep them in the freezer or else you will have a liquid fat bomb on your hands.
Cream Cheese Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- 8 oz Ceam Cheese
- 2 oz Butter
- 58 grams Raspberries (or any other berry)
- 2 tbs Erythritol
- 2 tbs Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Make sure to leave the cream cheese and butter out for about an hour to get them at room temperature.Mash up the berries in a separate bowl until all of the berries are mixed.Add all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Use a hand blender to mix them all together.Place them in your choice of mold. Put the molds into the freeze for an hour. Keep them in the freezer.
