Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 4 tbs Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Lily's Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Erythritol, powdered
- 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
- 10 drops Liquid Stevia
Instructions
- Set the cream cheese and butter out, and let it get to room temperature.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well blended using a hand blender.
- Grab a cookie scoop and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper down so it's easy to remove. Should make about 24.
- Place in freezer for about 30-60 minutes.
- Enjoy! Store in the freezer.
