Keto Fudge

This recipe took me a few tries to get the perfect taste, and texture. I am a huge fudge lover and certainly miss it since keto, but this recipe scratches that itch! I hope that you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. This fudge is the perfect chocolate solution and its not that hard to make.

Fudge can be great for any occasion. I love making it during Christmas season but we also like to make it for special events. This recipe would be a great dish to bring to that friends gathering, and you’ll have a tasty treat you don’t have to feel guilty about. This recipe just melts in your mouth and is full of chocolate flavors.

Total Time: 2 hours 30 minutes

Keto Condensed Milk

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • 1/3 cup Erythritol

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2/3 cup Keto Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup Erythritol

  1. Add all of the condensed milk ingredients into a sauce pan, put it on med/high.
  2. Keep an eye on the milk because it can boil over fast.
  3. Use a whisk and stir frequently.  Once it starts to simmer turn the heat down. Cook for about 15 minutes and set aside.
  4. Place the butter and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl and start it for 30 seconds at a time until melted.
  5. In a separate mixing bowl add all other ingredients and mix together.
  6. Add in the melted butter and coconut oil.
  7. Use a 9" Square brownie pan and place a sheet of parchment paper in it.
  8. Pour the mixture into the pan. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
